How We Stay in Touch
Our goal is to stay ahead of issues, not wait for them. That’s why we keep regular contact built into every managed plan.
Quarterly Check-Ins (Standard Plans)
If you’re on one of our standard managed IT plans, you’ll hear from us at least once a quarter. These catch-ups are informal but useful. We’ll:
- Go over any issues you’ve had
- See how everything’s running
- Talk through what’s coming up in your business
- Highlight anything we can improve or support you with
It’s a good opportunity for both sides to stay aligned.
Monthly Reviews (Higher-Tier Plans)
For customers on higher-tier plans, the relationship naturally becomes more involved. We’ll speak at least once a month to run through:
- How your systems are performing
- Any changes, risks, or opportunities we can see
- What we can do to make your setup stronger and more secure
These reviews help you feel confident that everything behind the scenes is being monitored properly.
