Improving visibility and connectivity across sites

Thorp Storage was experiencing slow response times, recurring IT issues and limited visibility across its technology environment. Managing connectivity between sites was becoming increasingly important, while ageing systems and inconsistent support were creating frustration for the business.

Supportwise worked closely with Thorp Storage to review its existing infrastructure and identify opportunities to improve both reliability and security.

To support communication and access between locations, we implemented a site-to-site VPN solution, enabling secure connectivity across multiple sites. At the same time, we helped modernise the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring systems were configured correctly and supported by proactive monitoring and management.

Alongside these improvements, Supportwise introduced ongoing helpdesk support, system monitoring, backup management and security services to provide the business with a more dependable IT foundation.

The result is an IT environment that is easier to manage, better connected and positioned to support future business requirements. Looking ahead, Thorp Storage is exploring cloud migration opportunities as part of its longer-term technology strategy.
