Thinking Software approached Supportwise after becoming increasingly dissatisfied with its previous IT provider. Service concerns, rising costs and a lack of confidence in the existing environment led the business to seek a more proactive and dependable technology partner.

Delivering a modern infrastructure platform
SupportWise began by reviewing the existing infrastructure and identifying opportunities to improve performance, reliability and scalability.
Working closely with the Thinking Software team, we designed and delivered a new server environment, managed a datacentre migration, and successfully transitioned the business from VMware to Hyper-V.
The result was a modernised infrastructure platform better suited to the company’s operational requirements and future plans.
Following the success of the project, Thinking Software has continued to invest in its infrastructure and has since added three further servers to support ongoing growth.
