Business safety, ensured

We provide Cloud Backup solutions and Disaster Recovery services. Natural disasters, human error, security breaches and ransomware attacks can all jeopardize the availability of IT resources which results in business wide downtime, which can quickly lead to lost revenue.

Such disasters have a multitude of further negative impacts, including derailing productivity, loss of data and the break down of business processes.

This makes Backup and Disaster Recovery critical for minimizing the negative impact of a catastrophic event on your business, if not enabling you to mitigate it altogether.

What does this entail?

Back Up

You might need to restore data if you encounter a disaster event or application issue. Such as, accidental deletion, database corruption, or an issue with a software upgrade. As such, it is imperative to protect your data by ensuring backups are performed on a regular basis.

Following the initial full backup incremental backups will be provided on a schedule determined by the requirements of the business. So, if a business requests daily backup, the application will transfer data to the backup servers every 24 hours.

Restorations can be done on a file-by-file basis, by volume or full restoration of the complete backup, dependent on what the business requires.

Disaster Recovery

Disaster Recovery is an area of security planning that aims to protect an organization from the effects of significant negative events. DR lays out the processes to enable a company to swiftly resume business-essential functions following a significant event.

Each DR plan will differ depending on the business or industry, due to differences in compliance requirements and expectations. We’ll work with you to put the best plan in place to fit the unique requirements of your business.

Steps for the swift re-establishing of access to applications and data, among other IT resources following a significant event, as well as procedures for switching over to an alternative set of servers and storage systems until your primary data centre is functional again.
